Week 2: Basic pastry making

Week 3: Cake decorating basics
Cake decorating basics include leveling, frosting, and piping to create smooth finishes and beautiful designs.
Our classes are scheduled on weekdays and weekends to suit your convenience. Each session lasts approximately 2 hours, providing plenty of hands-on learning and fun.
Advanced Baking Course (3 Months)
An advanced-level course focusing on more complex techniques and detailed cake decoration. This course covers everything from advanced pastries to layered cakes, soufflés, and plated desserts.
Course Content:
Week 1-3: Complex Pastry Techniques
Students are thought advanced skills like laminating dough for croissants, creating choux pastry.
Week 4-6: Advanced Cake Decoration
Advanced cake decorating covers intricate like fondant sculpting, tiered stacking, and airbrushing for stunning visual effects.
Week 7-9: Plated French Deserts
Advanced cake decorating covers techniques like fondant sculpting, tiered stacking.
Week 10-12: Plated deserts
Covers making of macarons, tarts, souffles, etc.
